How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. All orders are hand-packed with care and include a Scripture card.

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Believer tier rewards members get free shipping on orders over $50, and Anointed & Blessed tier members receive free shipping on every order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on international shipping and will announce it to our email list first.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your candle arrives damaged, please email us at Anoinatedflameco@icloud.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.

What wax do you use?

All our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax. Soy wax burns cleaner, longer, and more evenly than paraffin, and it's better for your home's air quality.

Are your fragrances safe?

Yes. We use only phthalate-free fragrance oils that are safe for homes, children, and pets. Our wicks are 100% cotton and lead-free.

What sizes are available?

Our candles come in three sizes: 4oz (20–25 hr burn), 8oz (40–50 hr burn), and 16oz (80–100 hr burn). Size and pricing options are shown on each product page.

Each candle page includes a full scent profile with top, heart, and base notes. We also describe the faith meaning behind each fragrance to help you choose one that resonates with your spiritual journey.

How do I start a return?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Can I exchange a candle for a different scent?

Yes! Exchanges are welcome within 30 days for unused candles. We'll cover the return shipping and send your new candle right away.

How do I earn points?

Earn points for account creation (100 pts), purchases (1–2 pts per $1 based on tier), product reviews (50 pts), referrals (200 pts), birthday (150 pts), email signup (25 pts), prayer requests (20 pts), and social shares (30 pts).

Visit your Rewards Dashboard at /rewards and click the Redeem tab. Choose from discounts ($5/$10/$20 off), free shipping, a free 4oz candle, or early collection access.

Points do not expire as long as your account is active. Redeemed coupon codes are valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.
